Description:
The subject of the order is to equip the workshop of the Industry Mining Skills Center: PLC controllers, power hydraulics, drive, robotics and electro-pneumatics workshop as part of the "Industry Mining Skills Center in Rybnik" project.
If found in shared documentationand names of manufacturers, products or solutions, indication of trademarks, patents or origin, source of approach or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows the offer of materials, devices, solutions equallyimportant in terms of technical, quality, utility and operational parameters, provided that they ensure the achievement of parameters not worse than those assumed in the annexes to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the specification of the subject of the order used in the SWZ by indicating the proper namesetc. is intended only to clarify the subject of the order.
General requirements
1. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, of full value, free from any defects and damage, without previous use.
2. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be compliant with annexevaluations, standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland and the European Union (CE declarations). The subject of the order must meet the technical and operational requirements in terms of health and safety conditions.
