Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the stand for the Optogenetic stimulation and Monitoring of the electrophysiological functions of the brain (stage 2), under the NEBI project - National Center for Imaging Research in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, No.POIR.04.02.00-00-C004 / 19. The order includestwo parts:
Part No. 1 - Microinjection set;
Part No. 2 - High-capacity oxygen concentrator.
The subject of the contract (for both parts of the procedure) includes: purchase of a set consisting of two micro-injection pumps and a controller and a high-flow oxygen concentrator for the stationsurgical, enabling the implantation of, among others viral carriers that allow optogenetic manipulation of the activity of selected populations of neurons in animals subjected to general anesthesia. The order also includes its delivery to the seat of the Ordering Party - the Institute of Experimental Biologyhey them. Marcelego Nencki PAN (destination: Research Station in Mikołajki).
