Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the equipment of all real estate in the Międzyrzecz commune with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining them in good condition and for the collection of municipal waste from these properties in the period from 01/09/2025 to 31/08/2026.2026
2. INThe contractor is obliged to collect the following types of municipal waste:
1) Mixed municipal waste collected in containers (black container described "mixed" or "unsorted"),
2) waste collected selectively in containers/bags divided into 4 factions:
a)Paper, cardboard (blue containers or bags described "paper"),
b) plastics, multi -material packaging and metals (containers or sacks of yellow described "metals and plastics"),
c) glass (containers or bags of green color described "glass"),
d) biodegradation(brown color containers described "BIO"),
3) "problem" waste, i.e. furniture, used tires, used electrical and electronic equipment, bathroom ceramics, doors, windows, and other multi -BABARY waste,
4) overdue drugs collected in special closed containers with capacity min 60 l intendedfor expired drugs placed in 5 pharmacies located in the commune of Międzyrzecz, i.e.
a) pharmacy "at the hospital", ul. Marcinkowskiego 67, 66-300 Międzyrzecz
b) Pharmacy "Aspirynka", Os. Centrum 3, 66-300 Międzyrzecz
c) Pharmacy "Grodzka", ul. Zachodnia 8, 66-300 Międzyrzecz
