Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 2. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a sludge dewatering press at the sewage treatment plant in Wina, including the sludge dewatering installation and hygienization. For sludge dewatering, it is planned to use a screw press obtaining the maximum possible concentrationdry matter in the sludge after dewatering. The sludge dewatering installation includes the following elements: a) Sludge retention tank with a capacity of not less than 3 m3, made of hardened PE material, b) Hydrated sludge feed pump with the following parameters:, - Capacity: average 2 9.0 m3/h , - Tensione: U = 400 V, - Frequency: f = 50 Hz, - Protection type: IP 55, - Speed control of the frequency converter, protected against dry running, c) Inductive magnetic flow meter of hydrated sludge, used to measure the amount of sludge supplied to the press.
