Description:
1) The subject of the order is: provision of a service consisting in establishing and operating a Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Pomiechowek commune.
2) The Contractor is obliged to establish and run a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) on a plot located in the commune. Pomiechowek.
3) The contractor is obliged, in connection with the implementation of the subject of the order, to:
a) accepting separately collected waste;
b) the types of waste accepted by the operator of the selective municipal waste collection point will be specified on the website of the Pomiechowek Commune and the regulations of PSZOK on the information board at the Contractor's;
waste delivered by residents after presenting a document confirming payment of fees to the Pomiechowek Commune for the collection of municipal waste for the last month;
d)incurring all costs related to the preparation, equipment and operation of the PSZOK throughout the duration of the Agreement;
e) collection of waste from PSZOK will be carried out within 10 days from the notification by the PSZOK operator to the Ordering Party by the entity providing waste collection and management services municipal services from the Pomiechowek commune. The entity providing the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the Pomiechowek commune is obliged to collect waste from PSZOK free of charge;
f) The Contractor is obliged to keep quantitative and qualitative records of waste running...
