- 1. The subject of the order is "Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, for the residents of the Puck commune".
2.The subject of the order includes:
1) Free acceptance of the following fractions of segregated municipal waste at PSZOK property owners from the Puck Commune who have submitted declarations on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management or who are obliged to pay such a fee:
a) paper in any quantity,
b) metals in any quantity,
c) plastics in any quantity,
d) glass v any quantity,
e) multi-material packaging waste - in any quantity,
f) bio-waste - in any quantity from property owners who have submitted a declaration in the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management that they do not have a home composter,
g) expired medicines and chemicals (paints, solvents, used cooking oils) in any quantity,
h) waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in households as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes in any quantity,
i) used batteries and accumulators - in any quantity,
j) waste electrical and electronic equipment - in any quantity,
k) furniture and other large-sized waste in any quantity,
