1. The subject of the order is the establishment of a Clinical Nutrition Laboratory in the Collegium Biomedicum building with the necessary infrastructure: cold and hot water, sanitary sewage system, sanitary sewage connection, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installation, logical network, lightning protection installation2. It consists of the following documents:2.1. (STWiOR)2.3. Bills of quantities2.4. the contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor should base the offer price on the scope indicated w design documentation referred to in point 2.1 and STWiOR. in the bill of quantities or works in a larger quantity than that accepted in the bill of quantities will not entitle the Contractor to demand additional remuneration - if these works were included in the design documentation referred to in point 2.1 or STWiOR.
