Description:
3.1.1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the building on plot no. 1261/2 at ul. Powstacw Warszawy 27 in Bychawa as part of the project Creation of a Day Care Home in Bychawa. The subject of the order is comprehensive and complete reconstruction and expansion of the building in all sectors with external installations and land development based on: approved construction design with building permit decision, technical (execution) designs, bills of quantities, technical specifications execution and acceptance of the works. The subject of the order also includes obtaining an occupancy permit from the District Construction Supervision Inspector in Lublin on behalf of the Investor. A detailed description of the subject of the order, its scope and implementation conditions have been presented in the design documentation, detailed design, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, and bills of quantities. No. 1 to SWZ. Bills of quantities are only auxiliary material and do not constitute the basis for determining the scope of the subject orders.
