Description:
1. The subject of the order is the adaptation of part of the rooms of Kindergarten No. 2 in Myszkow into nursery rooms.2. Scope of planned construction works in the building: 1) Construction works will be carried out in the basement level, consisting of: a) Closing the chute with a partition by building a hole from the system construction k. g.. Plastering and painting the built-in opening with white emulsion paint - 1.17 m2. b) Replacement of standard door joinery with fire-resistant door joinery. EI60 single-leaf in rooms indicated in the basement drawing - 2 pcs. c) Installation of door closers in internal doors indicated in the drawing (adapted to the existing door) 1 pc. d) Replacing the lighting in the room. boiler room with IP65 lighting - 1 pc.e) Replacing the handle in the boiler room door with a handleless lock - 1 pc.f) Securing all installation penetrations passing through walls and ceilings to the resistance class fire protection EI120 along with filling in the gaps resulting from the work performed.2) Construction works will be carried out on the ground floor, consisting of: a) Replacement of window frames - 4 pieces. b) Dismantling of door frames and widening the opening to 140 cm without replacing the lintel. c) Installation of external double-leaf doors with overhead floodlight in the external wall - 1 pc. d) Installation of emergency exit marking: - in front of the opening widened to 140 cm, installation of an LED emergency luminaire - 1 pc., - in front of the newly installed external door (inside the building) luminaire evacuation...
