- The task is to launch public e -services for citizens, entrepreneurs and public administration institutions in the field of road infrastructure management and traffic organization implemented by the Poviat Organizational Unit - Poviat Road Administration in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie z/s in Kurzętnik.
The purpose of the task is to run 12 e -services with high maturity - level 5, A2A, A2B, A2C together with the construction of the system for sharing them.
As part of the system construction: a system for road infrastructure management and traffic organization will be purchased with a mobile application, fed with data Integrated IT tools will be implemented for the proper operation of e-services, which will allow e-services to effective service for administrative proceedings regarding road infrastructure management and space. The system will contain:
1) System modules: map, Records of road and road lane facilities, administrative procedures, schedule, reporting, investments and renovations, road inspections, reviews of engineering facilities, road detours management, traffic organization, mobile application, module of public e-services
2) system functionalities in the scope safety - authentication, access control, confidentiality, availability, accountability, integrity, scalability, security copies, attack protection, monitoring, system performance, personal data protection
3) document repository, e-formalists, documentation of e-services
