Estimation of the order value - modification and reconfiguration services of the Integrated IT System (ZSI) and the eTeczka Studenta (ETS) system in the implementation of the new organizational structure of the Ignatianum University in Krakow, including the change organizational structure from 3 levels (faculty-institute-department) to 2-level (faculty-department) In connection with the planned initiation of public procurement proceedings, the subject of which will be modification and reconfiguration services of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) and the eTeczka Studenta (ETS) system in the implementation of the new organizational structure of the Ignatianum University in Krakow, including changing the 3-level organizational structure (faculty-institute-department) to a 2-level one (faculty-department) - Ignatianum University in Krakow (Ordering Party) - invites you to submit responses to this inquiry aimed at making an estimated valuation of the subject of the order specified in the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to this inquiry. This inquiry does not constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, and is not an announcement or an invitation to negotiations within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law. Objective the procedure serves the Ordering Party to determine the estimated value of a future public procurement and to prepare a public procurement procedure. When estimating the value of the contract in question, the guidelines from this inquiry should be followed, and the the "ESTIMATE VALUATION" form constituting Annex No. 2 to the inquiry, and then send it via the Purchasing Platform, completed and signed by the above-mentioned an initial offer (a documentary form is sufficient, e.g. in the form of a scan of a handwritten document or in the form of electronically - signed with a qualified e-signature...
