- βOn behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair service of video endoscopes type MENTOR VISUAL iQ manufactured by GE INSPECTION TECHNOLOGIESThe quote must include the scope of work and materials necessary to perform the repair and the value of the service.Collection from the Office of Technical Inspection. and return of the video endoscope to UDT after the Valuation by and at the expense of the Contractor. The estimated number of valuations in 2026 is 3. The Ordering Party guarantees that one video endoscope will be submitted for valuation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: The order will be completed successively, each time within 30 days from the date of sending the device, but no later than December 31, 2026 - the offer validity period is: at least 60 days - quotation: containing the scope of work and materials necessary to perform the repair. The bidder should be able to repair the video endoscopes based on the presented offer. - transport: Collection from the Office of Technical Inspection and return of the video endoscope to the Office of Technical Inspection after valuation by and at the expense of the Contractor. Place of collection prepared for the Contractor devices will be the location indicated by the Ordering Party in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The place of return of the devices is the Office of Technical Inspection, ul.
