Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an evaluation study regarding the calculation of the value of long -term result indicators under the European Social Fund Plus. After the conclusion of the contract (planned provisionscontracts - Annex 2 to SWZ) it will be an attachment to the contract.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act, which was described in detail in OPZ.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the contractor to conduct a local vision.
4.The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
5. The Employer does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
6. The Employer reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the contractor's subjective qualification.
7. Full description of the procedure, including description and formdocuments submitted in the procedure can be found in the specification of the terms of the contract.
8. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the task in the following stages:
1) I stage - Development and transfer to the Ordering Party of the final version of the methodological report, no later than 16 business days from the daysigning the contract.
2) STAGE II - Substantive development and transfer to the Employer Final versions of tables with calculations of the value of indicators for the measurement, no later than on December 10, 2025.
3) 3rd stage - substantive study and handing over to the contracting authority of the final version of the final report,NO...
