Description:
1. The subject of the contract is an evaluation study based on sources analysis techniques, qualitative tests and workshops. Answer to dozens of research questions. Development of a report containing evaluation conclusions translated into recommendations for the current regional innovation policy.
2. Conditions The contract is included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - the contract template and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship activities in the scope of order processing.
