Description:
The subject of the order is the exchange of expansion joints at the WD-6 (WD-11B) facility, Zielona Gora node (Zielona Gora North). The scope of the order includes, in particular: • Preparation and reconciliation with the contracting authority of the expansion of the expansion joint device; • Development and assembly to the appointment organization of traffic and introducing it for the duration of the work on the facility; • demolition of existing expansion joints in the road and pavement zone along with the demolition of the surface and preparation of the building's conclusion to the extent necessary to perform the assembly of modular -examination expansion joints; • inventory of damage to the object; • Possible repairs of damage and lodging of the object in the area and direct neighborhood of the expansion gap to the extent to ensure the expansion of the expansion gap and the correct operation of the expansion device after its installation; • production modular device in accordance with the design, transport to the construction site and assembly; • reproduction of bridge insulation and drainage in the vicinity of expansion joints (longitudinal and transverse drainage); • restoration proper seal of the expansion of the dilatation appliances with bituminous surface; • installation of curtain sheets on kapachchider; • restoration of horizontal marking; • restoration of anti -corrosion coatings and the support system (in the dilatation device zone) in the case contaminate ...
