A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is a construction worker consisting in the performance of flooding mass exchange in the dilatation seam of concrete surface at Poznań airport - a chair consistent with the description of works - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and the technical specification of the implementation and reception of works - Annex No. 6 to SWZ and with expenditures contained in a print / cost estimate - incl. No. 7 to SWZ. 3. Employment requirement on the basis of a contract of employment:, in accordance with art. 95 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employees performing in particular the following activities in the implementation of the subject of the contract: - removing the old mass, cleaning the slots, repair of damage, filling the slots, export and disposal of waste - if the execution of these Activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labor Code., The way of verifying the employment of these persons, the powers of the Ordering Party, in the scope of controlling the Contractor's compliance with the employment requirements and ...
