POLREGIO S.A., invites performers with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information of the hatching of the frontal of the frontal tip along with the delivery in the vehicle type 36wea of the series EN63A-049. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022, Fr.special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding limiting funds in connection with Russia's activitiesdestabilizing the situation of Ukraine (Journal of Laws of the EU No. L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1). The order who will be elected to perform the contract will be required to submit a statement about the lack of grounds for exclusion - the template of the statement is included in the attachment folder.State: a detailed description of the subject of the Pytaniaclause Information.
