- 1. The subject of the order entitled "Replacement of heat sources in the organizational units of the poviat" - II The proceedings are in particular the comprehensive supply of new heat sources in the form of heat pumps with photovoltaic installations, along with their assembly, installation and launch, as well as performing activities formal and legal necessary to proceed with their use in the organizational units of the Włocławek poviat in order to reduce the emission of pollution and improve air condition, as well as the production of pure electricity.
The subject of the contract must be factory new and compatible with the applicable standards.
The use of heat pumps in place of oil boilers will significantly reduce pollution emissions and get a favorable ecological effect. Considering the heat demand for public utilities, heat pumps would be an insufficient heat source. This is why A mixed system was also used, i.e. the behavior of existing oil boilers and installation of heat pumps. The use of a "hybrid" variant will allow for effective reduction of heating oil consumption, which entails a reduction in air pollutants (especially CO2 and PM10 dust and dust and dust PM2.5) and reduction of the risk associated with the possibility of soil pollution with an oil -based substance.
