Description: 1. The subject of the contract is to execute a service consisting in carrying out a maximum of 250 controls at the premiere of the beneficiary and a maximum of 250 monitoring visits including remote controls ("from behind the desk"), implemented under activities 1.3, 1.4 and Sub-measure 1.5.1 as part of the priority axis I and 2.1, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 and 2.20 within the priority axis II after Ver 2014-2020.
2. Detailed information on the description, scope and conditions for the object of the order shall be set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ - 'designed provisions of the Agreement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract', and in particular Annex 1 to the Agreement entitled "Detailed description, scope and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract (SOP)."
