- The scope of the fall includes: 1. Execution of 4 to 8 estimates determining it is worth real estate for the needs of determining the abbot, which is referred to in art. 36 para. 4 of the Act of 27 March 2003, on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the planning abbotor compensation referred to in art. 36 para. 1 and 3 of the abovementioned Act. 2. The appraisal report of real estate is included in the valuations of real estate, taking into account its purpose before adopting the local plan or its changes and its purpose after adopting the local plan or after its amendment in accordance with art.36, art. 37 and art. 87 para. 3a of the Act on spatial planning and development and the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 5 Wroj 2023, on the valuation of real estate (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1832). 3. Estimated reports should be carried out in accordance with the rules resulting from the provisionsrights and professional standards of panties appraisers. 4.
