A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to perform construction works as part of the task entitled: Execution of air conditioning in building No. 10 and 12 in Przemyśl. Work will be carried out on active buildings No. 10 and 12 located on the site of a guarded center for foreigners in M. Przemyśl. The order of the Order has been specified in detail and described in Annex 9 to SWZ, i.e. in the description of the subject of the contract, which is a design documentation along with the consciousness works and technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of works (story). The minimum warranty period for the entire construction works together with installed installations and devices is 36 months. The warranty period is a criterion for the assessment of offers. The Contractor has the ability to offer a longer warranty period, in accordance with Chapter XVII, point 2 of SWZZ and in accordance with the contractor declaration specified in point 4 of the offer form, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to perform and place in a visible place on buildings No. 10 and 12 permanent information plate of a large format.
