1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of materials to the headquarters Information and promotion in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with information and promotional materials from factory-new and free from any physical defects, due quality, previously unused, not used from the exhibition at sales points.
The "factory new" statement should be understood as originally packaged (the packaging must be intact and have the protection used by the contractor).
The "physical defect" should be understood as any non -compliance with the description of the subject of the contract.
3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's headquarters to the following address: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw, ul. Wspolna 30, 00-930 Warsaw and discharge it in place indicated by the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and conditions for the implementation of the subject Orders can be found in the draft contract and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.
