- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of layettes for children born in voivodship medical entities in 2025 in the amount of 1,538 sets (basic order), and in the amount of 1,462 sets (with the right of the option).
2. Department of health, family, equal treatment and social policy(hereinafter referred to as: Dep.sp.z o.o., Provincial Hospital Saint. Εukasz in Tarnow and the Specialist Hospital JΔdrzej Εniadecki in Nowy SΔ cz) parents of children after birth.
3. The layette will consist of:
a.kocyka,
B.Pruszki,
C. Maskotki,
D. and cotton bib,
- provided with the logo of the voivodshipLesser Poland.
