Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the supply of license plates in the penym genre assortment in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 22, 2024 in the matter of registration and marking of vehicles, requires for registration plates and design of other documents related to vehicle registration (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709 from the north amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy on May 2, 2012 on the conditions production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885 of the amendment) and the inadequate reflection and utilization of withdrawn license plates in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
