- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of license plates, in accordance with:
a) the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251),
b) the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024 in the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for license plates and templates of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709) as well as the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and distribution of license plates and legalization marks (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885, as amended),
c) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019 on the conditions of production and distribution of professional license plates and legalization characters as well as the mode of legalization of professional boards registration (Journal of Laws 20119 item 547),
d) with technical standards or specifications referred to in the Act of 30 August 2002 on the compliance assessment system (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215) confirmed by certificates regarding the compliance of license plates or materials used for their production
