1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of promotional materials (polygraphy andgadgets) as part of increasing society awareness in terms of a healthy diet and use of products rich in vitamins and iron affecting honorary blood donation - in the circulation:
• poster in the number 660 pcs,
• leaflet in the number 44,000 pcs.,
• brochure in the number 22,000 pcs,
• quiz- 5 different versions in a circulation of 7,700 pcs. Each (5 x 7 700 = 38 500),
• crossword - 5 different versions in a circulation of 7,700 each (5 x 7 700 = 38 500),
• gadget - backpack with reflective tape in a circulation of 7,700 pcs.
And in accordance with all the requirements specified in the detailed descriptions of the subjectOrders (hereinafter: Szopz/Sopz or OPZ), which constitute attachments to SWZ as part of the implementation of the health policy program of the Minister of Health entitled "Ensuring the self-sufficiency of the Republic of Poland in the blood and its components for 2021-2026" in terms of the purpose of the detailed "maintenance of a constant numberconscious blood donors and its ingredients "," increasing social awareness in the field of honorary blood donation "," increasing awareness of healthy eating among blood donors ".
2. The order must be processed in accordance with the requirements specified in SWZ, the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter:PPU) and other tender documentation.
