Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract includes the execution: the subject of this order is to perform construction works on the task. Execution of an asphalt overlay on ul. Sportowy (plot No. 222) ". The undertaking is a road investment, including the implementation of a new hardened road construction together with dehydration and collateral, construction and reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure. The description of the subject of the order is defined in the appended to the SWZ: design documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of works and in front of works. The Contractor is obliged to start and implement activities related to the performance of the subject of the Order immediately after signing the contract with the Employer. The contractor is obliged to inventories of road data records and labeling and introduce them to databases held by the Employer.
