Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework contracts for the performance of the technical condition and safety status of hydrotechnical buildings in the Sieradz Basin Board (Water Law of July 20, 2017) together with the implementation of the inspection and protocols from periodic inspections (periodic Five-year control) of the technical condition and usefulness for the use of hydrotechnical buildings (staining buildings-Jaza, valves, culverts with stinging, flood embankments) and tanks in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 2 (periodic five -year inspection) including checking technical condition resulting from art. 62 para. 1 point 1 (annual period) of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994.
2. Consently with art. 7 item 26 Conditions for orders that may be awarded in a given period, in particular prices and, if necessary, the expected amounts.
3. The resolution and type of work provided for performance as part of the subject of the contract for individual parts (objects) was included in the attachments:
- Description of the subject of the contract,

- Schedule,
The quantities of controls indicated in the schedule are of landmarks and are used only to compare offers.
