- 1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework contracts for the performance of the technical condition and safety of hydrotechnical buildings in the ZZ in Koło and ZZ in Kalisz (Water Law of July 20, 2017) together with the exercise and protocols from periodic controls of periodic status. technical and suitability for the use of hydrotechnical buildings (staining buildings-Jaza, valves, culverts with stinging, flood embankments), tanks and pumping stations in accordance with art. 62 section 1 point 2 (periodic five -year inspection) covering the technical condition checking resulting from art. 62 paragraph 1 point 1 (periodic control of the annual) of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994;
2. Consently with art. 7 point 26 of the Public Procurement Law by a framework agreement - it should be understood as a contract concluded between the Employer and one or more contractors, whose purpose is to determine the conditions for orders that may be awarded in a given period, in particular prices and, if necessary, the expected amounts;
3. The resolution and type of work provided for performance as part of the subject of the contract for individual parts (objects) was included in the attachments:
