Description : The subject of the Order includes amongst others preparation of the Building Permit Designs in accordance with Construction Law, consisting out of: Land Development Plan, Architectural Construction Design, Technical Design, all required opinions, agreements, expertises, permits (except for the ones which will be prepared and provided by the Employer, information will be provided in the Scope of Work) for the following BAL02 and BAL03 offshore windfarm (excluding transmissions system) project packages:
•OSS: all offshore substations including topside, MSF and substructure as well as all other remaining components;
•WTG & FOU: WTGs including tower, substructure, foundation, secondary steel, other components and auxiliary equipment;
•IAC: inter-array cables network
In case of significant changes in the design, contractor will submit the so-called‚ replacement designs- including all the incorporated amendments (OPTION)
