Execution of a construction and executive project and construction works for the task entitled "Strengthening the research and service potential of the Center for Experimental Medicine of the Silesian Medical University ...

1. The subject of this procedure is the implementation of a construction and executive project andConstruction works for the task entitled "Strengthening the research and service potential of the Center for Experimental Medicine of the Silesian Medical University of Katowice." The subject of the contract includes:
1) developing a complete multi -branch design documentation together with a final obtainingbuilding permit decision (hereinafter: "Documentation") on the basis of:
a) of the functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as "PFU") for the facility of the Experimental Medicine Center with the necessary infrastructure;
b) the specification of the manufacturer of specialist equipment purchased by the Ordering Party in separateproceedings. The documentation prepared by the Contractor should be adapted to the requirements of the equipment specification (or should take into account the requirements of specific device models).
2) execution of construction works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure on the basis of the contractor developed by the ContractorThe documentation referred to in point 1) above and ensuring author's supervision over the developed documentation;
3) cooperation with providers of specialist equipment referred to in point 1) b) above to the extent necessary for its assembly and starting (both during the development of documentation,and implementation of construction works).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
1) PFU with attachments (Annex 2 to SWZ),
