A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the task of: - development of a construction and executive project and to obtain all the required law, relevant to the scope of the tasks of administrative decisions and arrangements allowing for construction works on the attitude of the geological and engineering documentation of landslide (transmitted for the contractor ), - preparation of the subject of works, technical specifications for the construction and reception of construction works; 2. A detailed scope of works shall be specified in Chapter III of this SWZ - the work subject to the contract must be carried out in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1. Chapter III; 3. The subject of the order is observed in the further contents of the terms of the order of the contract "; 4.
