The subject of the contract includes the implementation of a construction and executive project and obtaining a decision to permission to implement a road investment, hereinafter referred to as ZRID decision and apply for a decision of the ZRID RYGOR's immediate execution for the construction of the road ul. Krlowa Marysieka on the section from plot 53/9No. Krlowa Marysieka on the section from Journal of Laws No. 40/5 to Journal of Laws No. 75/2 (optional order) in Wierzbin, the municipality of Stare Babice.2. The scope of the contract covers the guaranteed debt which will be launched by the Ordering Party obligatorily under this contract andOptional order which could be triggered by the ordering one as he owned the RODKW.3.
