Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a multi-functional sports facility - an athletics and shooting hall with a connector to the existing shooting range building (without sports equipment) at the Zawisza Sports Complex at ul. Gdańska 163
in Bydgoszcz, consisting of się:
1) construction of a hall building with installations,
2) construction of a connector building to the existing shooting range building along with installations,
3) construction of a mobile connector with the building of the indoor running track (excluding construction works related to the indoor running track),
4) construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure withrelated to the operation of the sports complex, including: construction and reconstruction of the land infrastructure network in terms of networks and installations: water supply, rainwater and sanitary sewage, heating, energy,
5) demolition of buildings, i.e. workshop building, 6-story garage buildingstall, a 10-bay garage building (the scope excludes the demolition of the "Olimpijek" building, which was carried out in 2021),
6) obtaining a PZLA certificate on behalf of the Ordering Party confirming compliance of the location
and parameters of the athletics equipment installed in the arenaathletics with the requirements of World Athletics and PZLA,
7) land development.
2. The Ordering Party envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement. Possible similar orders:
