Description:
Execution of construction works consisting in the demolition of a warehouse building with a ramp and other parts of warehouse shelters, located in Opoczno at ul. and other parts of steel structure warehouse shelters, located in Opoczno at ul. 12 Opoczno, Opoczno commune City, Opoczno poviat, Łodź voivodeship, consisting of: 1) Securing the area and works preparatory works;2)Demolition roofing felt made of felt; 3) Demolition of the wooden roof structure; 4) Mechanical dismantling of brick walls (in the case of dismantling walls in the immediate vicinity of a street or railway track, demolition works should be performed manually); 5) Demolition of ground floor walls, floors and foundations; 6) Demolition of the foundation footings remaining after the steel structure warehouse shelters by cutting them flush with the square level or by cutting them below the ground level and leveling the surface with a concrete mixture; 7) Segregation and removal of materials and garbage collected on the square landfill; 8) Filling the canal; 9) Tidying up the demolition area; 10) Carrying out a post-construction geodetic inventory and submitting an appropriate survey regarding the land and building records and updating the basic map at the District Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation Center in Opoczno. The contractor will also be obliged to deliver to PKP S.A. EGiB update report and a confirmed copy of the master map of the as-built inventory.
