Cz 1 ul. Skrzatw 5, The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the design and build formula to improve the energy efficiency of buildings at ul. Skrzatw 5 (part 1) in Krakow, plot no. 173/17 rev. 17 units records of rmmiecie, covered by the ZIT project called: Thermal Modernization municipal residential buildings in Krakow. The order should include the preparation of complete multi-discipline design documentation necessary to obtain the regulatory approvals, permits, notifications, etc., and all construction works based on the previously prepared and approved design documentation. by the Ordering Party. The scope of works planned for implementation includes: - insulation of the ceiling above the top floor by blowing mineral wool granules onto the ribbed ceiling, - replacement of external window joinery with PVC along with air vents, - replacement of external door joinery with wooden doors, - construction of a ramp for disabled people at each of the 8 entrances in building no. 5 (part 1), - accompanying renovation and construction works necessary for the proper execution of all the works described above.
