Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the design and build formula in order to implement the investment called Development of diagnostics and therapy of cardiovascular diseases at SP ZOZ MSWiA in Lublin. The order covers real estate located at the following address: ul. Grenadierw 3, 20 331 Lublin, plot no registration number 224/3, orb 11 Dziesita Wie, sheet 2.2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Description of the subject of the order: Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU).3. The conditions for implementing the subject of the order were also included in the draft provisions of the contract regarding public procurement - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
