Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the execution of design works and construction works in the design and build formula for the task: Reconstruction and modernization of the Department of Cardiology and Internal Diseases of the Hospital. Saint Vincent de Paul in Gdynia: as part of the project entitled Improving the effectiveness and quality of treatment cardiovascular diseases in Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o. o. by modernizing infrastructure and equipping facilities in Gdynia and Wejherowo. divided into two stages: Stage 1 Preparation of a full inventory, multi-discipline construction design along with all required arrangements and obtaining building permits; Stage 2 Preparation of technical and technological designs, colors, arrangement and decor together with all requirements and execution of construction works in the scope of reconstruction of a fragment of the existing building with obtaining an occupancy permit along with delivery and assembly equipment.
