Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works: Renovation of three hydrotherapy rooms and replacement of 6 doors and overhead lighting in the reception hall at the FSUSR property in Winoujcie.1. The property is owned by the Farmers' Social Insurance Contribution Fund and used by CRR KRUS in winouciu.2. The property consists of hotel buildings and a swimming pool building.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the technical documentation, which includes: detailed design, bill of quantities and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter referred to as STWiOR). The above documentation constitutes an annex to the PPU. Construction works will be carried out in an active facility, during the working hours specified in 1 PPU.7. The materials and devices used should meet the requirements specified in the Ordering Party's studies, be approved for use in construction, and ensure full technical, operational and operational efficiency. The Ordering Party requires the use of the highest quality materials/technologies and complete technologies in accordance with the recommendations/instructions/DTR of their suppliers.
