Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Improving the quality and availability of medical services in the field of cardiology provided at the Provincial Hospital. John Paul II in Bechatów, as part of funds* from planned co-financing of projects submitted for support under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, component D. Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system. Investment D1.1.1 Development and modernization of infrastructure of care centers highly specialized and other medical entities.*Attention! The outcome of the proceedings will depend on the financing obtained by the ordering party. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the means public funds, which the contracting authority intends to use to finance all or part of the contract, were not awarded to it, and the possibility of canceling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract announcement.2) The task concerns modernization (renovation): a.
