1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the investment task entitled: Construction of a municipal building at ul. Polish Army in Nowy Targ.2.The order is detailed in the design documentation prepared by the company: Grupa BOX Architekci Sp. z o. o., ul. J. Baildona 8a/5, 40-115 Katowice 3. Order co-financed by the European Union: As part of the National Reconstruction Plan, the Active Maluch program 2022-2029.4. Other provisions regarding the subject of the order: 1/ remuneration for the execution of the subject of the order in the form of a lump sum settlement, bill of quantities constituting an annex to the SWZ and is of an auxiliary nature, 2/ before signing the contract, the contractor will present the ordering party with a material and financial schedule prepared according to the items in the table of integrated elements for approval, 3/ the contractor's remuneration will be payable based on the material and financial schedule, through partial invoices issued on the basis of partial protocols,4/ all necessary materials with quality certificates or declarations of conformity confirming use in construction are secured by the contractor at his own expense,5/ the works must be performed in accordance with the documentation pr...
