Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the task titled: "Reconstruction of building no. 2 in the city of Gdańsk" consisting in the reconstruction of part of building no. 2, vertical and horizontal insulation of the building, replacement of the floor in the basement along with cleaning and renovation of the building's facade,carrying out construction works consisting of: reconstruction and change of functions of rooms in the basement, ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the building, replacement of windows and doors in the rebuilt parts of the building, as well as construction of sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations made ofinstallation and connection to the existing external network to the building along with the development of the adjacent area, reconstruction of the heating node, including: construction of the facade and securing the foundations in a separate part of the building where the heating node is located, and implementation of automation, etc.installation and heating substation. In addition, the scope of the order includes training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of reconstruction, functionality and configuration of the installed devices, reconfiguration skills at a level enabling independent operation of the devices without loss ofy warranty for: a) commutation and teletransmission system, access control and monitoring system, attack and burglary system, b) electricity supply system, c) fire protection system d) air conditioning system, scissor lift operation, e) generator and UPS operation ...
