Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works including the reconstruction and thermal modernization of the Auditorium building at ul. Paderewski in Cieszyn (SPIN-ART Center for Artistic and Cultural Education).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation (which consists of: construction design, PZT, technical designs and executive designs for specific industries, bills of quantities) and in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, decision no. 323 (reference number WB.6740.236.2025.EG) of the Cieszyn Staroste of April 29, 2025. approving the construction design and granting the construction permit, and other decisions, opinions and arrangements obtained during the implementation of the design work, which documents together with the contract should be considered together. The Ordering Party informs that the attached design documentation has been divided into separate implementation scopes, these are scopes 1 to 5. The subject of this order is the implementation of construction works for scope 1. The division into implementation scopes has been described in detail and distinguished in the design documentation.
