Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the implementation of a project related to the grant project entitled Support for primary health care (POZ), implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment program 2021-2027 for the needs of the Provincial Hospital. Jana Pawa II in Bechatów.2) The order concerns the performance of construction works in the field of infrastructure necessary to conduct medical activities, the aim of which will be to adapt and improve the functionality Primary Health Care room at the Provincial Hospital. Jana Pawa II in Bechatów, based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) of the task in question.3) Detailed scope of the task based on which the contractor is obliged to complete the order defines the PFU, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. In connection with the execution of the order, the Contractor also takes into account the provisions of the Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, which constitute annexes to the FFU.4) Other requirements regarding the execution of the order and the rules cooperation between the contracting authority and the contractor are determined by the draft provisions of the public procurement contract...
