Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the investment task: Construction of a public playground at ul. November 11 in Dzieroniow. The task is co-financed by PFRON funds under the Accessible public space program., 2. The scope of the subject of the order referred to in section 1 concerns the construction of a playground, an outdoor gym, and a non-ball park at ul. On November 11, on the surveying plot no. 589/2 within the Center area, the City of Dzieroniow (recreational area at the Social Welfare Center) for which a certificate was issuede about the lack of grounds for filing an objection No. BA.6743.1.78.2023 of May 16, 2023. which include in particular:, 1) demolition and disposal of the existing asphalt surface (volleyball court) and all old equipment elements such as football goals and volleyball posts;, 2) dismantlinga of all existing concrete edges and their disposal;, 3) removal of self-seeding trees together with disposal and execution of the trimming indicated in the study;, 4) construction of a pedestrian route made of gray concrete cubes above 370 m2;, 5) construction of a surface with certified sand, area 301 m2;, 6) made...
