Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is to establish framework conditions for public procurement, covering renovation and construction works in the construction, electrical and sanitary industries at the facilities of Polskie Radio S.A. in liquidation in Warsaw, al. Niepodlegoci 77/85, ul. Myliwiecka 3/5/7, ul. Modzelewski 59 and in the Ordering Party's residential premises at ul. Modzelewskiego 65 and al. Niepodlegoci 74, implemented on the basis of executive agreements that may be concluded on the basis of a framework agreement. These conditions are specified in the draft provisions of the framework agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. A general description of the subject of the order in the form of a Bill of Quantities, specifying the material scope of the works, is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. At the same time, the Ordering Party indicates that the scope and quantity of works indicated in the Bill of Quantities, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, are indicative.
