Execution of construction works for the task "Adaptation of the existing infrastructure in COPERNICUS PL to the currently applicable requirements for the needs of the gynecological and obstetrics department, including gynecology.... 1. The subject of the order are construction works in the formula Build for the task "Adaptation of the existing infrastructure in COPERNICUS PL to the currently applicable requirements for the needs of the gynecological and obstetrics department, including one-day gynecology." 2. The subject of the order consists of one part. Detailed the scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (called OPZ) together with the annexes: -App. No. 1 to OPZ - Design documentation with attachments, -App. No. 2 to OPZ - Catalog of typical furniture, -App. No. 3 to OPZ - List of disinfection and cleaning agents, -App. No. 4 to OPZ - Rys bumper, -App. No. 5 to OPZ - Template of a window key and window lock, -App. No. 6 to OPZ - Fire protection expert opinion, -App. No. 7 to OPZ - BMS guidelines, -App. No. 8 to OPZ - DNSH, -App. No. 9 to OPZ - Guidelines for pneumatic mail. The terms and conditions of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract as attachments. 3. The contractor will provide a warranty covering the subject of this order for a minimum period of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months (from date of final acceptance of works). The definitions of acceptance and warranty are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 4. The contractor is obliged to conclude an agreement regarding the order in question for the duration of the contract, no later than the day preceding the day on which the construction site is to be handed over, the contract or contracts for insurance against all risks and liability...
