The material scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1. Execution of construction works in accordance with the project documentation transferred by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 9 to SWZ, taking into account the instructions on Annex No. 9.1 of SWZ and Point, 2. Obtaining a service permit for the decision of ZRID No. RAAI.6740.8 .5.2018.MA-751 / Street and obtaining a service permit or submitting a notification of the completion of construction works in the competent construction of building supervision for RAAI.6740.8.2.2020.mk-486 / Street, and submitting the Ordering Party obtained permits or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notification; The Contractor determines what parts of the contract and at what date, they require obtaining such permits or submitting a notification.
