A brief description of the subject of the order: I. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works PN: Illumination of the monument Józef Conrad Korzeniowski and installing the masts "on the south pier in Gdynia. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) implementation of construction works in accordance with the project documentation transferred by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 9 9, taking into account the instructions on Annex No 9.1 and point 3.6 of this SWZ; 2) submitting a notification of the completion of construction works in the relevant construction and submission of the Ordering Party confirming the effectiveness of this notification; The Contractor determines what parts of the order and at what date they require the submission of a relevant notice. The Employer shall grant the Contractor of relevant powers in this respect; 3) performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works in the entire material extent in accordance with sub-point 3.2.1 of this point, from the date of the submission of the construction site to the day of final acceptance of works, both in the field of documentation provided by from ...
