The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the task entitled: Construction of the ROPS headquarters in Poznań, together with the development of the property at Sporna Street, as part of the project: "Strengthening the social policy system in Greater Poland ROPS SOCIAL SPACE LIVING LAB", consisting of:
a. execution of construction works in accordance with the Design Documentation;
b. development of as-built documentation after completion of construction works;
c. obtaining all required acceptances and decisions, including a decision on the permit to use the facility;
d. digital processing of paper as-built documentation.
The subject of the Agreement is described in detail in:
a. Design documentation;
b. Specification of Conditions Orders (SWZ)
c. Contract template.
At the stage of carrying out the works, the occurring impacts will be minimized by the following actions:
- minimizing unfavorable transformation of the area and minimizing waste pollution by ensuring proper waste management,
- in the field of noise protection - works will be carried out only during the day (from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.), low-noise, energy-saving devices will be used and, when necessary, insulation, silencers and sound-absorbing covers will be used.
